This policy explains what information EazyHosta collects, why we collect it and how we look after it. It applies to this website and to the EazyHosta app.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and the name of your property, which you give us when you start a trial or create an account.
- Property data: the information you and your staff enter into EazyHosta, such as rooms, bookings, guest names and contact details, payments and expenses.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To provide and support the EazyHosta service.
- To set up your account, confirm payments and contact you about your account.
- To create the summaries and reports you ask for, including AI daily summaries.
- To keep the service secure and to improve it.
We do not sell your data or your guests’ data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your guests’ data
You control the guest information you enter into EazyHosta. We process it on your behalf, only to provide the service to you.
Where your data is stored
EazyHosta runs on Amazon Web Services. Data is sent over encrypted connections. Only people you invite to your account can see your property data, and our team accesses it only when needed to support you.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your property data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep some records by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at hello@eazyhosta.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell account holders about important changes.
