These terms apply when you use EazyHosta. By starting a trial or using the service, you agree to them.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial of 30 days with every feature. No payment details are needed for the trial. At the end of the trial, your account is paused until you choose a plan and pay.

Plans and payment

Plans are priced per month, based on the total number of rooms across your properties. You pay in advance by bank transfer. We activate or extend your account once we receive your payment. If a payment is not received, we may pause your account; your data is kept so you can continue when you pay.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Your data

The data you enter into EazyHosta belongs to you. You are responsible for having the right to store your guests’ information and for using it lawfully. See our privacy policy for how we handle data.

Acceptable use

Do not use EazyHosta for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt the service or access other customers’ data.

Availability

We work to keep EazyHosta available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Calendar sync with booking sites depends on those sites, so always check important bookings with the booking site as well.

Cancelling

You can stop using EazyHosta at any time. Your plan continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We can also close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, EazyHosta is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
